
- 1 can Leseur Early Peas, they're the sweetest
- 2 medium onions, chopped & sautéed until carmelized
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
2. Let onions cool a bit
3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, until a thick paste is made.
4. Let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
If possible, it's best to let it sit in the refrigerator over night.
Good to serve with:
- Breton crackers
- baby carrots
